The top overall scores were achieved by Nvidia, Amazon, Meta, and Schlumberger. The study assessed companies across multiple dimensions of AI integration, including R&D spending, patents, product deployment, and talent acquisition.

Nvidia led in hardware and platform ecosystem, Amazon in cloud AI and logistics automation, Meta in research and content algorithms, and Schlumberger in industrial AI applications such as drilling optimization and geological analysis. The scoring system considered both investment and practical deployment across business units.

The ranking aims to provide a benchmark for AI maturity among large public corporations. The institute noted that AI adoption is accelerating beyond technology firms into sectors like energy and retail. The study will be updated annually to track changes in corporate AI integration, though it does not address ethical or workforce implications.
